HomeAttendance system
An attendance system for companies that doesn't track people.
Arrival, departure, lunch and breaks with one click. Hours, overtime and absences are calculated automatically, the calendar shows who is at work today, and you download the report to Excel or PDF. Runs on your own server.
The windows are redrawn from the application, with sample data.

The employee clocks in in the client and immediately appears in the Who is at work today module.
Three ways to one record.
Clock in wherever suits the employee. Every record ends up on your server with the time set by the server.
Windows taskbar app
A small window with one big button depending on the state: Clock in, Clock out or Back to work. Lunch is one click away.
Tablet at the entrance
A kiosk in the browser on any tablet: personal number, PIN, one tile and done. After a few seconds it returns to the start.
Portal in the browser
Employees see their days, weeks and the difference from expected hours. Managers and HR correct records here.
What happens when something goes wrong.
Attendance should not be handled by hand. The application covers common situations and every intervention is in the audit log.
| Employee forgets to clock out | The server closes the record and shows it in the To review panel. A manager or HR corrects it. |
|---|---|
| Connection to the server drops | The client saves the record and sends it once the connection is back. A late-delivered record is marked in the report. |
| Time needs a correction | A correction goes through a window with a mandatory reason. A record is never deleted, the original value stays in the audit log. |
| Overtime | Calculated as the difference from the expected time in hours and minutes, without rounding and without payroll rules. |
| Absence on a working day | An approved vacation, home office or business trip shows up on that day in the report. |
A report in three clicks.
You choose the period, whom the report covers and the type. You see a preview before downloading and every generated report is written to the audit log.
- Report by day: arrival, departure, lunch, breaks, worked hours, overtime and absence
- Summary per person: worked hours, expected time, overtime and absence days by type
- Excel and PDF, in the language of the portal

Preview
Period, who it covers, type and PDF download. The window is redrawn from the application.
Time and presence, nothing else.
An attendance system should not make suspects of people. In-Time-App. stores only what you need for the report.
No tracking
No geolocation, no screenshots, no application monitoring.
PIN only for clocking in
The PIN never opens the portal or personal data. After repeated mistakes it locks for 15 minutes.
Your data stays with you
The server with the database runs in your company. Attendance doesn't go to a third-party cloud.
Questions about the attendance system.
What is an attendance system?
Software that records employees' arrivals, departures, lunches and breaks, calculates worked hours and overtime and prepares a report for payroll or management.
How do you clock in and out in In-Time-App.?
From a small app in the Windows taskbar or from a tablet at the entrance. The employee enters a personal number and PIN and clicks Clock in, Clock out or Lunch. The time of the record is set by the server.
What if an employee forgets to clock out?
The server closes the record automatically and shows it in the To review panel. A manager or HR corrects it with a mandatory reason and the original value stays in the audit log.
What if the connection to the server drops?
The client saves the record and sends it once the connection is back. A late-delivered record is marked in the report.
Can attendance be exported to Excel or PDF?
Yes. The report by day and the summary per person can be downloaded to Excel and PDF. Every generated report is written to the audit log.
Can you see who is at work today?
Yes. The calendar has a Who is at work today panel: once someone clocks in, the employee appears there immediately. The admin decides whether everyone sees it or only managers and HR.
Does In-Time-App. track location or employee activity?
No. It stores only time and presence. No geolocation, no screenshots and no application monitoring.

A short demo: clocking in, correcting a record and an Excel report. Attendance is just one part of the company portal, which also covers absence calendar, shift planner and IT Service Desk.
